Cheese Ball

2-8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
2 c. shredded cracker barrel sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped green olives
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of Tabasco
chopped pecans and parsley

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Use your hands to mix top 8 ingredients together into one large ball or 2 smaller ones. Roll balls in the chopped pecans and parsley. Serve with good crackers. Keep covered in the refrigerator a long time.

Got this recipe from a co-worker and it makes an amazing cheese ball. I had searched for a cheese ball recipe that had a good flavor and finally found one!
