Corn Casserole

1 (15oz) can cream style corn
1 (11oz) can Niblet corn
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 (8.5oz) pack Jiffy dry corn muffin mix
½ cup of butter-melted
1 cup shredded cheddar

Grease 8x12 pan
Mix corn, eggs, sour cream, muffin mix, butter and pour into dish.
Bake @350 for 30min. Remove and sprinkle with cheese return to oven for 15
min. or until center is firm.

We make this every year for the holidays. It's my husband's favorite side dish.
