Broccoli Cornbread

This is not something I would normally eat. Im not a huge fan of broccoli but I can tolerate broccoli but this is delicious! We had it  at a friends house and I had to have the recipe-delicious!
1  10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped (I think I used about 1/2)
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix broccoli, cheese, onion, eggs, salt, butter and buttermilk well. Add cornbread mix to broccoli mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
